Telesales Executive
Macclesfield
£25,000 – OTE £50,000 Uncapped
Our Client, a growing and well established media group based in Macclesfield now has an excellent opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join their friendly team.
They are now seeking a number of Telesales Executive to join their team - using your telephone sales techniques to generate business and encourage new leads.
The right candidate for this role will be an ambitious and self-driven character with experience as an outbound telemarketer.
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to generate sales from lapsed and new potential customers.
- Promoting, selling and obtaining orders from prospective customers over the phone.
- Discussing products and services, assisting customers in selecting those that are best suited for them.
- Presenting and following up quotations
- Documenting customer information and utilizing information already collated.
- Develop long term collaborative relationships with customers.
- Provide potential and existing customers with the highest level of customer service.
- Oversee sales process from start to finish, ensuring service quality and general transactional satisfaction.
- If needed face to face meetings on and offsite.
- Prepare and present achievements and KPI
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales experience would be beneficial.
- OutstandingB2C or B2B telephone skills with at least 2-3 years’ experience.
- Patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Keen interest in learning about Products & specifications
- Planning and organising skills.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- A desire for continuous personal and professional development
- Team Player
- Good negotiation skills
