Here's what you'll be doing: - Supporting the branch to achieve budgeted & non-financial targets
- Developing existing relationships within the client base
- Creating & maximizing new business opportunities, negotiating the best commercial terms
- Ensuring all branch client accounts are well-managed, with continuous service level improvements
- Achieving agreed-upon targets, both financial & non-financial
- Ensuring strict compliance with employment legislation

- Experience in nurturing professional development
- A strong grasp of the Gloucestershire recruitment market
- The ability to attract & recruit candidates in line with our client needs
