Senior Quantity Surveyor

Initial Project: £35M school project in Oxford
Join this Tier 1 family owned contractor with a yearly turnover of over £1 billion who are committed to training, developing and rewarding their people.
The initial school project is currently at pre construction stage and they are looking for someone to start immediately due to the amount of preconstruction work to do. Project itself is due to start approximately June.
Our client works on projects from Education, Accomodation to Commercial. They work on a range of projects from £5M to £40M. They are looking for someone to jump on board to their family company who sits within the top 20 construction companies in the UK.
