Job description
Delighted to be working with a Cardiff based business that is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to support head office functions. This is a great time to join a fast paced business that is seeing significant growth.
Reporting to the HR Director, the role is responsible for strategically partnering the senior leadership teams across head office functions and ensuring that business objectives and the People strategy are aligned. You will be involved across a broad range of generalist activities including talent management and development, organisational design, performance, employee engagement, workforce planning and championing DEI initiatives. Working closely with the HRD and senior stakeholders you will lead and drive transformation initiatives and programmes across the business.
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner and a strong HR generalist with a proven track record of strategically supporting and partnering senior leadership teams. While the emphasis is on strategic business partnering, you will also be comfortable operationally and getting your hands dirty where necessary. You will be an effective communicator that is able to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across a complex and fast paced corporate business.
The business offers hybrid working and an expectation of 2-3 days in the office so you will need access to central Cardiff.
