Job description

Workforce Planning Coordinator

Venn Group are currently partnered with a large healthcare organisation in the Blackpool area who urgently require an interim fulltime Workforce Planning Coordinator.

The key role responsibilities are:

Provide support to the Workforce Planning Team and the SLT – with specific focus on:

o Succession Planning

o Talent and performance management

o The new Induction programme

o The Appraisal processes

· Set up meetings, action logs, maintain documentation, status updates, PowerPoint presentations etc.

· Collate relevant data and compile reports to inform stakeholders

· Co-ordinate action items to ensure actions are completed on time

· Attendance at Workforce Planning meetings

· Liaison with all key stakeholders

· Production & Monitoring of Action Logs, Reports & Analysis

· Production of all supporting documentation

Person Spec:

· Excellent oral, written & presentational skills

· Ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively and produce summary reports

· Skills & experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams

· Effective team player, with the ability to adapt a collaborative approach

Desirable:

· Experience of working in a HR environment (CIPD) / or Project Management experience

· Talent Management experience

· Succession Planning experience

Please note that previous NHS experience is preferred and the role is fulltime on site
