Swanstaff Ltd are looking for an experienced chef to work with our client in bromley, our client is a college for 19-25 years olds with complex needs.
Hours:
Mon - Fri 08.00-15.00 - ongoing work in term times but on a temp basis
The Job Role:
* Manage all aspects of the kitchen and menu whilst on shift
* Adapt meals to meet certain dietary requirements
* Ensure all meals are served on time and efficiently to meet up with the college day & routine
* Help plan ahead for the upcoming menus
* Place orders where needed
* Ensure all Health & Safety needs are met at all times
Requirements:
* Previous Chef experience in schools is preferred
* Food Hygiene level 2 is essential - we can arrange this for you if needed
* An anhanced DBS is essential - we can arrange this for you if needed
