Responsibilities:
• Assist the classroom teacher in the delivery of lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) as needed.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour reinforcement.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications in education or related field.
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Patience and a genuine passion for supporting student learning.
