In your new Estates Coordinator role you’ll be front and centre of keeping some of the country’s top hospitals & healthcare sites safe, compliant and impressive – excited yet?
This is a busy, complex region with a mix of new build/refurb sites and operational Hospitals and smaller healthcare sites. Due to the larger nature of the sites there can be hundreds of facilities requirements and thousands of people coming through its doors every day so you’re role is going to be incredibly varied. You’ll be working closely with the Hard FM Managers, Soft FM Managers, and contract partners supporting the Senior Estates Managers to ensure the hospital assets are managed correctly, suppliers are monitored properly and that way the organisation works across the site is as efficient as possible whilst minimising risk.
As Estates Coordinator in a team of 3 you and your team won’t just be maintaining the status quo though. To get the most out of this position you can continually look to improve the service provided – not just adhering to industry standard but aiming to lead the way.
The team are a close knit group, based out in the Wembley office meeting up and always ready to crack a joke to let off steam in the group chat before a big deadline.
Day to day you’ll be coordinating in-house/ external soft & hard FM teams working across the portfolio, responding to issues as and when they arise. Visiting sites to ensure compliance to SLA’s and becoming the ‘go-to’ person for all FM support needed.
Ideally you’ll be coming from a facilities service provider with experience multi-site. This is a busy environment so there’s lots to go at in an organisation who rewards and develops its people, experience in a healthcare setting would be great but not a necessity, commercial real estate would transfer well into the role with the ongoing support from the senior team.
