We have an opening for a Painter and Decorator to join our client, a West Midlands based Local Authority.
Job Title: Painter and Decorator
Pay: £14-£18ph DOE
Duration: 3 month's (could go on longer)
Company: Warwickshire County Council
Hours: 37 hours-Monday to Friday 9-5/8-4
Location: Nuneaton/Rugby
Start Date: ASAP
What does the job entail? On behalf of Warwickshire County Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Painter and Decorator to join their Building Services team. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has worked as a Professional Painter and Decorator, that is looking to find a role that offers a minimum 37 hours of work a week.
You will achieve this by: - Painting internal Council sites in both staff and tenant areas
- Completing jobs to a high standard
- Always maintaining a tidy work area
What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?- Experience of working as a Painter & Decorator is required
- Full driving licence is essential due to the need to work on various sites
- Happy to work on your own initiative but equally able to work within a team environment
