Job description

A successful West Yorkshire-based firm requires a number of Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join their well-established and ever-growing team in in their various offices across Yorkshire. They are open to applications from paralegals with upwards of 6 months' experience looking to commit and develop their careers with this modern firm. As a firm with a strong presence in the area, there is no better place to build on your Residential Conveyancing experience and develop your skillset further.

Our client operates a specialist Residential Conveyancing team with a wealth of experience behind them. They have high level of expertise and are growing at a fast pace, making this the perfect opportunity to really get stuck in with a broad spectrum of conveyancing work.

The Role:

• Providing support on a one to one basis to a conveyancing fee earner who will provide great support and supervision
• You will regularly utilise the firm's Case Management System to open cases, enter instructions and produce relevant documentation.
• This will give you the opportunity to work with a set of loyal and local clients
• Strong communication skills are a necessity for this role as our client places high value on strong client care

The Candidate:

• In order to be considered, you must have upwards of 6 months experience in a Residential Conveyancing Environment
• You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients
• Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level
