Job Title: Teaching Assistant (SEN)
Location: Bexley, DA1
Payscale: £80-£110
Start Date: ASAP

Do you have a strong understanding of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum requirements and a commitment to supporting students' individual learning needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Teaching Assistant specialising in SEN in Bexley, DA1 .
Role Overview:
As a Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant specialising in SEN, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with SEN. Working closely with our experienced teaching staff and SENCO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN.
- Adapt and differentiate classroom activities and resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students with SEN.
- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies to support students' progress and well-being.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of students' progress, achievements, and behaviour, and contribute to the review and evaluation of support interventions.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in education, special educational needs, or a related field .
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, preferably in a school setting.
- A good understanding of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate.
