As they continue to grow, they are actively seeking an accomplished and dedicated Audit and Accounts Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day activities of the audit and accounts department
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services within established budgets and timeframes
- Lead and mentor a skilled team, offering guidance and support
- Foster transparent communication between team members and directors
- Oversee planning processes to align department schedules with client needs
- Provide constructive feedback on work quality and identify areas for improvement
- Enhance technical knowledge to handle bespoke client work and mentor colleagues
- Cultivate strong relationships with directors, team members, and clients
- Secure necessary client documentation promptly to meet deadlines
- Implement training and development initiatives to elevate team skills
- Attend external events and client meetings to expand your client network
- Collaborate with directors and associate directors to secure new client business
- Contribute to business plans and present growth opportunities to directors
Key Requirements:
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA)
- Experienced in a Similar Role
- Confident working with a busy workload
- Ability to demonstrate collaborative working
- Highly organised leader with strong collaboration skills
- Client and team-focused approach
