Our client is a Nursery in Basingstoke looking for a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.
Working with a professional and friendly team you will be able to use your already gained experience to bring smiles and learning to the children at the nursery. With an ethos that every child is unique, you will be making a positive contribution to them and the society we live in. You will encourage children to become independent and confident and work in close partnership with parents and carers to ensure that each child’s journey prepares them with the skills they need for life.

Responsibilities: - To implement the daily routine
- To maintain high standards of care and education of all the children in your care
- Work alongside the manager and staff team to ensure that the children are happy, safe and fulfilled
- To keep learning journals and developmental records up to date and making sure that all process and procedures are followed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Hold a relevant level 3 childcare certification or equivalent
- Have recent experience working with children, and have an enthusiasm for working with young children
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with colleagues, parents, carers and children
- Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills
- A positive approach to inclusive practice, with children, colleagues, parents and carers
- Able to work as part of a collaborative team
