JOB TITLE: Test Engineer
LOCATION: Wiltshire
PACKAGE: £40,000-£45,000 - Benefits Include (but not limited to): Bonus scheme - on target bonus -7.5% - Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and the company will match you and put in an extra 5%. 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy up to an additional 10 days. A range of other flexible benefits to include private medical insurance, dental insurance and much more.
WAY OF WORKING: Full time - Hybrid – One day a week on site

THE OPPORTUNITY: You will require the following:
- Experience in creating and running automation test scripts.
- Implementing automation frameworks
- Proficient in C# and Selenium
- Background in Financial Services (other than banking) and IT
- ISEB Foundation qualification
- Understanding of the project life cycle and business processes.
- Good experience of Agile working practices
- Knowledge of Defect Reporting processes and software.
- Has worked with external software houses and 3rd party integrators E.g. IRESS, Intelliflo, Zurich, IFDL etc
- Represent the test team for the business across all levels and enabling customer relationships.
- Manage the testing resource, schedule and workloads across full range of projects.
- Identify and agree the testing activities for testers and wider team members.
