Hire ControllerSwadlincote£25,000 - £30,000 OTEFabric Recruitment are proud to be working with a well established equipment supplier who pride themselves on the quality and services they provide. Due to continual growth, they are looking to expand their Hire team and add a proactive hire controller to the team.
Description of the role:
- Responsible for the hire desk and rehire processes
- Maintain and grow both new and existing clients from diverse sectors.
- Dealing with hire desk processes, queries, order processing, scheduling and developing rehire business.
- Chase up quotations with clients
- Following up with lapsed clients
- Checking availability of machines & labour
- Setting up customer hire contracts.
About you:
- Experience within a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Customer focused and solutions driven
- Good understanding of hire equipment
