The Waters Division’s Discovery & Development Business Unit is seeking a Global Marketing Manager for Biologics/Bioprocessing .

This pivotal role entails orchestrating the development and execution of global marketing strategies to cultivate growth within a high-priority segment. The focus areas include state-of-the-art integrated platforms for biopharmaceutical product characterization and monitoring, a nd bioprocess development and operations.  

This global role requires up to 30% travel annually. Ideally you will be located commutable distance to our Global or Regional Headquarters , or remote ly with proximity to an international airport in Western Europe or North-Eastern America.  

You will bring strong scientific and technical credibility and a track record of high performance in marketing and leadership , to drive:  

• Marketing Strategy: Craft and be responsible for marketing plans that resonate with the objectives of the Biologics Portfolio, ensuring cohesive efforts with product teams, alignment with field organizations, and flexibility in response to market dynamics.  
• Demand Generation: Propel global business expansion by optimizing demand across various channels and crafting impactful marketing content and events.  
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and cultivate key strategic alliances within the Biologics sector, utilizing insights to shape customer-focused marketing initiatives.  
• Commercial Enablement: Bolster the sales team’s grasp of market segments and solutions with a bespoke commercial enablement approach tailored to the Biologics portfolio.  

Qualifications and experience :  

• A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or a related field is required . An MA/MS/MBA or another advanced degree is preferred .

• Demonstrable expertise in biopharmaceutical product/process development and analytical technologies such as chromatography and mass spectrometry.  
•  
• A proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing international projects.  
•  
• Extensive experience in marketing, strategic planning, and digital demand generation is essential.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
