Job description

A young, up and coming Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a reliable and personable Senior Quantity Surveyor as they look to expand their down to earth, team of Quantity Surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

Based in Cambridge, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a team of four quantity surveyors who work across an impressive array of residential and healthcare projects across the UK.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work on schemes up to £10m within the new build and refurbishment sector - carrying out a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent role.

A unique career opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to have a real impact within a growing practice that continues to win new clients within the Cambridgeshire, quantity surveying market.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a construction related degree
• A successful track record of delivering projects independently
• Enjoys being hands-on
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Any employers agent experience would be beneficial but not essential
