VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with an international manufacturing business based in Belfast, who are currently recruiting a Senior Cost Analyst to join the team. This is an opportunity for a high energy individual, with excellent problem-solving skills, to join a global market leading business.

The Senior Cost Analyst will have strong MS Excel skills, with financial modelling knowledge, along with a sound understanding of accounting concepts. This role with give you the chance to become an integral part of the wider finance team within the business, ambitious individuals will be given the opportunity to further develop within their career.

About you

• Qualified Accounting Technician or Part-Qualified Accountant with 3+ years’ experience in a financial capacity
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, comfortable with financial modelling
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Understanding of KPIs

What you’ll do

• Completion of month end material unit cost reports
• Assessment of internal controls to assure the quality of information
• Develop financial costing systems to support functionality throughout the business
• Budget analysis and ongoing support
• Ad hoc project accounting
