Remuneration: Circa £120,000 - £150,000+ Take Home

Description: Full OR Part-time PRIVATE/PERFORMER DENTIST required for 4-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE) in a busy, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Plymouth, Devon. 
•    £10,000-£13,000 TAKE HOME
•    50% split on private
•    Associate retiring and inheriting predominantly private, very well maintained patient list
•    Performer number required for Small UDA Kids Contract
•    Small UDA Kids Contract
•    Existing, well maintained patient list
•    Fully computerised surgeries - R4 - 7 Surgery practice
•    6 Associates and 1 Hygienist
•    CEREC, OPG, CBCT, Microscope, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo
•    Implants, Sedation and Facial Aesthetics in house
•    Longstanding support team
•    Convenient to road links and A38 Motorway. Beautiful beaches, coastline and countryside of Devon and Cornwall on your doorstep
•    Available Now, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
