Corporate Associates & Solcitors - Manchester
Salary:
£45,000 - £70,000

Opportunities exist at associate level (3yrs + PQE) and also NQ – 2 yrs’ PQE. The team is well structured and of a size that you be involved in all aspects of a transaction with plenty of client exposure.
With this team, you will have opportunity to act for a diverse client base including some PLCs, UK subsidiaries, large private limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships. Recognised for its technical expertise and with an impressive portfolio of clients, the department attracts significant instructions in terms of value and complexity. The quality of work is second to none!
Typical instructions include:
• Mergers, acquisitions and disposals
• MBOs and MBIs
• Group, Company and Share re-structuring
• AIM listings
• Partnership and shareholder agreements including bespoke requirements
• Company formation
• Company Secretarial/Companies House compliance
• Banking and Finance advice
