Business Change Manager
Salary: From £43,000 per annum negotiable depending on experience
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Hybrid - flexibility to work from home or at any of our main hubs (London, Bristol, Manchester and Harwell)

About the role:
This is an exciting role within our EPMO team and will primarily work alongside a number of key Jisc transformation programmes to ensure that there is a solid business change management plan in place. Jisc is embarking on a significant amount of enterprise technology change aimed at optimising, consolidating and integrating internal processes and systems, therefore change management will be an essential component in Jisc's ability to deliver these programmes successfully.

You will be interfacing with a variety of internal stakeholders to help support the change management of these transformation initiatives. Ensuring impacted teams are carefully managed to understand how the transformation will impact them will be an essential facet of the role.

Responsibilities will include:
• Applying a structured Business Change Management approach to transformation activities
• Demonstrating strong leadership when communicating any programme vision and objectives to others.
• Working across key Jisc transformation programmes to ensure that there are solid benefits-oriented business change management plans in place
• Interfacing with Jisc senior management, operational internal stakeholders, and customers to ensure the successful change management of transformation initiatives
• Ensuring impacted teams are carefully managed to understand how the transformation will impact them will be an essential facet of the role, together with mitigating any resistance to change and escalating any unresolved conflict issues as necessary

Key Skills and Experience:
• Experience in application of business change management methodology
• Demonstrable experience of delivering business change management with enterprise level technology
• Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to support through a change initiative
• Demonstrable experience of utilising multiple channels, tools & software packages to articulate key change narrative
• Change Management accredited (APMG International Change Management, Prosci Change Management – or similar)
