Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global reputable law firm who pride themselves on their innovating lawyering and dedicate client service to recruit for an HR specialist to join their busy and growing HR team in their London office.

About the role

The role is extremely multifaceted and will provide a strategic HR service to the London office. You will act as an agent of change for HR and the business working across all aspects of HR including. ER & Engagement, Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development & Career Progression, ED&I, Ops, Health and Wellbeing and Professional Development.

Candidate profile/experience

The successful candidate will have experience of having worked as an advisor in a similar role for several years. Professional services a legal experience valued but not required. Longevity in a previously roles would be desired.

Strong knowledge of employment legislation best practice and ER would be valued in addition to knowledge and interest in HR systems.
