Reporting to the Digital Director (based in the UK), you will be responsible for the NS, GM & CM of our Amazon Branded business across all brands and key European markets. To achieve this, you will be working cross-functionally with Local Commercial, W&D, Content & Media, and Brand Teams internally, and managing & driving agencies externally. You will have complete ownership and accountability of Amazon 1P & 3P business, driving revenue and margin growth, optimising product listings and implementing effective marketing strategies to maximise our brand visibility. Show Us What You've Got
The ideal teammate will have a deep understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)/ Personal Care/ Cosmetics sector and a strong network in the industry. In addition, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
• Significant experience at Amazon, an Amazon Agency, brand in house, Amazon specialised agency or experience as an Amazon vendor or seller inhouse.
• Amazon marketplace expertise in dynamics, algorithms, best practices, AMS, analytics tools etc.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant sales and revenue growth on Amazon – managing P&L of a portfolio of branded products .
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives at Amazon.
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Proven teamworking skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Intrapreneurial, innovative, ambitious, commercial, and results-driven.
• Fluent in English and one additional European Language is advantageous (e.g., German).
