Job description
I’m exclusively representing a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our client-an independent insurance broker based in Shrewsbury. They are actively seeking experienced telephone-based Business Development Executives to join their growing team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the company’s expansion by converting warm leads generated through their website, client referrals, and strategic marketing campaigns. Notably, there’s no cold calling involved; your focus will be on adeptly following up and closing deals over the telephone. We are specifically looking for individuals who can confidently showcase their ability to close deals effectively.
To be considered for this position, a proven track record in a similar role within commercial insurance is essential. Ideally, candidates should be CII qualified or working towards it. The company covers a diverse range of commercial lines of business, with a significant emphasis on HGV, Fleet Courier, Commercial Combined, property, and tradesmen cases, with an average income of c£500.
Adding to the appeal of this opportunity is the comprehensive compensation structure. Alongside a competitive base salary, you’ll have the chance to earn uncapped commission. The monthly target is to generate £10,000 of income, and exceeding this target not only brings financial rewards but also increases your commission percentage.
Acknowledging the importance of experience, the company values flexibility. For the right candidate, there’s an option for four days of remote work and one day in the Shrewsbury office each week.
