Job description
Eastcroft is a family run nursing home specialising in care for elderly with dementia located in the Village of Banstead.
We would like to welcome to the family hardworking and caring individuals who are keen to embark on a career as support workers and develop their skills in care.
Qualifications and Skills
A genuine interest in working within a caring environment
An ability to communicate effectively at all levels
To be a team player
To use a person-centred approach in all aspects of care.
The completion of satisfactory DBS check
NVQ 2 in Healthcare or previous experience
