Job Title: Senior Organisational Development Manager
Location: Westminster, London
Contract: 3-month contract, hybrid (on-site and remote)
Salary: £350/day
Role Overview:
As the Senior Organisational Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving a culture of continuous learning and enhancing the employee experience. You will lead the design and implementation of innovative learning strategies aligned with our organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative learning strategies to enhance employee growth and engagement.
- Influence senior leaders to translate L&D strategies into tangible business impact, with a focus on measuring ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and IT departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee development and organisational growth.
- Ensure that L&D initiatives support and align with our company's culture, values, and EDI principles.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of learning methodologies, performance consulting, and emerging trends in employee learning, including digital platforms and adaptive systems.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and exceptional analytical skills to measure ROI.
- Experience collaborating with other departments to drive organisational development.
- Commitment to cultural alignment and incorporating EDI principles into L&D initiatives.
Qualifications/experience:
- Some education in HR, L&D, or Organisational Development (OD) is desirable but not essential.
- 10+ years of experience in L&D/OD roles within complex organisations, demonstrating a track record of driving impactful programmes.
- Progressive leadership in strategic roles in recent years.
