The role:
Working at EMA will provide an exciting opportunity for any high performing Project Manager (PM) to work in a busy, diverse and challenging environment. Working in the Capital Delivery Team, our core function and focus is to deliver the Capital Plan safely, on time and within budget. Alongside our Senior PMs you will work diligently with multiple stakeholders to provide new or replaced assets to support the operational needs of the business.
As part of the team, you will be working on our many construction projects across EMA, this will cover terminals, airfields and other existing infrastructure. You will plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects, ensuring delivery as promised. Management of our contractors is also a key part of the role. You will also have some accountability for the annual CAPEX spend, as well as individual budgets of £1 to 5 million.
As a Project Manager you will have proven experience of project development, from the explore stage through to handover, as well as knowledge of large and small greenfield and brownfield project delivery in mature assets. Experience managing 3rd party approvals is essential for this role, as well as proven commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to building and presenting a credible CAPEX business case. Experience within a construction environment is also desirable.
