Overview of job: This field-based creative role supports Global’s Local Sales business by writing and pitching outstanding creative, that helps win business on multi-platform campaigns on Audio, Outdoor and Digital platforms 3 best things about the job: An outstanding opportunity to bring your brilliants ideas to life both in sound and vision! Client & BM feedback including recording Case Histories from successful campaigns Feedback from your Regional Creative Director Responsibilities of the role: You’re the creative product specialist, as part of a single Regional Creative team you’ll bring new and innovative multi-platform ideas to your clients, bringing their brands and products to life with our audiences. You will actively promote premium items of creative such as composed music, famous voices, and multiple advert campaigns. You will establish relationships with all the Areas in your Region and be the first port of call for up 5 Sales Account Managers You’ll have excellent relationships with the Commercial Production team, Group Writers and of creative work for our clients. Client facing, you’ll be working to a Regional Creative target, as well as the Total Region’s target. You will be allocated work on our larger Select clients as part of your role. Opportunities to develop your multi-media skills including Video and Social. What you will need: The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following: Confident and capable in using Global systems and sales process with the ability to adapt quickly to change. Ability to spot and capitalise on new opportunities bringing new and original ideas to our clients both directly and via the Account Management team encouraging not only new business but also growing existing business. Strong understanding and interpretation of industry and Global ways of working and rules to ensure we adhere to all relevant industry body regulations. Detailed focused; ensuring end to end processes run as efficiently as possible and only the best presentations are put in front of clients. Working to tight deadlines; you thrive under pressure.
