Our clients lovely purpose built setting near Aylesbury are looking for new team to join them offering a 40 hr working week with fantastic benefits opportunities to take further qualifications and future career progression with salaries c 26k depending on qualification and experience. If you are a level 2 Practitioner there are opportunities available with this provider to progress your qualification to Level 3.

Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 1 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Can inspire energise and support others
A genuine passion to make a difference
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
