Job description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Ford Warwick dealership on a full time permanent basis. This position is offered on a 37.5 hour working week Monday – Friday paying up to £25,000 DOE and reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Required Experience and Job Responsibilities

To be considered for this position we would expect you to have previous accounts payable experience. An ability to prioritise workload and be able to hit the ground running. We would also expect you to possess and be able to demonstrate the following:

An ability to register supplier invoices onto the ledger ensuring the correct treatment of VAT
Liaise with internal departments & supplier to resolve queries
Chase missing documentation for payments on account
Work as part of a team and provide support as and when required
