JOB TITLE: SECURITY SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: CHELTENHAM

SHIFT PATTERN: 42/PER WEEK DAYS & NIGHTS AS PER ROTA, 42 hours per week

PAY RATE: £12.50 per hour

ABM UK is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of security officers and overseeing the delivery of security services to the highest standards.

Your main duties will include:

• Supervising and leading a team of security officers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
• Monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to detect and deter any security breaches or suspicious activities
• Responding to incidents and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and writing incident reports
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in a security supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of security procedures and practices
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard license
• First Aid and Fire Safety qualifications are desirable
