Nonstop Care is working with an Outstanding Ofsted rated local authority in East Of England that is looking for a social worker to join their Locality Team .

The local authority have achieved a Outstanding Ofsted rating indicating quality in social work practice , which offers social workers a rewarding environment knowing they are providing a high level of care to service users.

This position will provide you manageable caseloads and hybrid working , providing you with more time and flexibility on each case. This allows you to focus on delivering the highest quality care to children and families, all while enjoying a healthier work-life balance

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the well-being and interests of children and young people are promoted and safeguarded in all aspects of your work.
• Utilising various assessment and intervention frameworks effectively
• assessing, critically analysing, planning, and implementing suitable interventions for cases, adhering to statutory regulations and managing risks effectively.

Requirements:

• Hold a professional Social Work qualification and registration (SWE)
• Have the ability to assess and manage risk, with a focus on service-users' safety and well-being
• Clear, Enhanced DBS
• Full, clear driving license
