What you will do in your working day

• This is an exciting role within our business aimed at promoting our business to potential sales leads via telephone conversation.
• The aim of the role is to drive potential customers to our website with positive friendly communication skills for the leads to request vehicle valuations so that our Brand specialist can purchase vehicles.
• Good verbal and written communications skills are a must along with drive and determination to succeed.

The training you will be getting

• Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification
• Off the job training will take place one day a week at Oldham College

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

• Potential progression to full time employment
