M&E MANAGER (BUILDING SERVICES MANAGER)
GREATER LONDON (NORTH)
£75K - £85K (DOE)
My client, a leading commercial build contractor, is seeking an experienced M&E Manager (Building Services Manager) to drive the delivery of MEP strategy for two projects valued at around £90 million. Responsible for end-to-end M&E management, from procurement to handover, including overseeing M&E design consultants and junior engineers/managers.
You will be working for a leading construction & development organisation, delivering high-quality projects across public and commercial private sectors.
Your day-to-day duties will consist of;
Managing M&E activities emphasising H&S, Quality, and Programme
Procuring and managing the design and production of packages
Liaising with other trades on a day-to-day basis
To successfully apply for this role, you will need to have;
Experience within the commercial build sector, preferably on education projects
Experience managing MEP subcontractors and packages
Relevant Building Services qualifications (M&E) - non essential but preferred
M&E experience working with a main contractor
