Job description
FME is a small innovative charity that believes that no child should face bereavement or emotional distress alone. The Administrative and Programme Support Assistant will work across all FME programme delivery and development. You will support the CEO and Associate Facilitators in the setting up, delivery and evaluation of our training programmes, campaigns and direct support. This post will ensure that delivery staff have the appropriate resources, materials and instructions to deliver the programme to our clients. Based at Fresh Minds Education Heart Space, you will ensure that the environment is safe and usable for all staff and associates. You will open and close the Heart Space venue and ensure visitors are welcomed. You will maintain all services and processes offering ideas for improvements. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to incoming communications and enquiries by phone and email. You will log, record and manage user data from a variety of sources. You will manage FME stock, resources and petty cash. This post will require you to support in the development of slide decks, images and documents across the charity’s business.
