Full Time, Permanent post

As a well-established, forward looking, federation of two primary schools and a pre-school, popular within our communities we strive for development and excellence.

We are seeking an inspirational Headteacher, who does not shy away from a challenge, to lead our communities into the next stage of our development and growth. As we transition into a MAT by September 2024 we require strong leadership, with proven effective school improvement experience, to develop and secure the good practices required for the pupils within our schools.

The governors seek a dynamic, forward-thinking leader who is willing to support and grow the schools. As both schools move to academisation we wish to appoint a Headteacher to work with all stakeholders to successfully develop and support future practice.  We are open to all applicants who can demonstrate sufficient experience, commitment, and robustness to operate in this role. We are looking to appoint someone who:

• Ensures all children are included and treated as individuals and are inspired in their learning, to fulfil their potential, whatever their needs.
• Demonstrates resilience and flexibility.
• Possesses the skills to maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and further develop the dedicated and supportive staff team.
• Continues to develop the school’s close relationship with its local and wider communities.
• Works closely with the MAT Trustees, Governors and local churches.
• Continues to develop the curriculum and provision of the schools.
• Has recent experience in a Senior Leadership role with strategic responsibilities.
