Job title - Temporary Accommodation Tenancy Support Officer
Location - Camden
Contract - 3 months
Start Date : Asap
Our client is looking for a Temporary Accommodation Tenancy Support Officer (TSO).

In this role, you will provide a crucial Housing Management service to clients residing in Temporary Accommodation provided.

Duties would include:

• Manage rent accounts and maximise income from homeless clients.

• Address anti-social behaviour within the client group and handle breaches of license agreements.

• Proactively assist clients in optimizing welfare benefits and navigating the welfare benefit system.

• Thoroughly manage tenures to support clients towards long-term independent living goals.

The Ideal candidate will have:

• Background and/or previous experience working with challenging client groups, preferably with knowledge of the homelessness journey.

• History of managing rent accounts, debt collection, negotiating repayment agreements, and assisting clients with budgeting.

• Sound knowledge of license and tenancy management, with experience in enforcement actions and understanding the impact of anti-social behaviour.
