Business & IT Teacher required in Huddersfield

We are working with a school in Huddersfield that requires an Business & IT Teacher to start from February half term for the rest of the school year. The school is part of an academy trust who are focused providing students and staff with a positive and welcoming environment.

The role is full time and will be teaching KS3 and KS4 Business & IT. Key aspects of the role include strong behaviour management within the classroom. The school are looking for inspiring teachers who can engage and motivate students at all levels.

The successful candidate will have:

• The ability to teach Business & IT at KS3 & KS4
• Right to work in the UK
• An up to date DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to submit a new application)
• Relevant degree or completed a subject knowledge enhancement course
• Have Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
• Embrace any recent current changes to the curriculum
• Have the ability to inspire and engage students in lessons
• Collaborate and work with key leaders across school to support further school improvement
