Job description
- This company manufactures high-end lighting control solutions for commercial buildings and has great potential to be the market leader in this industry. They have various bases in the UK, and the site in Hoddesdon has opened a role for an Electronic Technician. As an Electronic Technician, you will assemble computer boards and PCBs into casework according to instructions. You will need experience in fault-finding down to the component level with a great ability to follow engineering building instructions. This role will involve a wide variety of tasks, such as helping the test department and working closely with the Senior Technical Engineer to follow up with any outstanding problems in the building phase. Ideally, you will have experience assembling electronic components within a production environment. If you have testing experience, it would be beneficial but not essential. This role requires:
- Electronic assembly experience.
- Proactive personality.
