Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role in retail management?
What is the role? Gatwick Airport is looking for a
Retail Lead; Operations & Projects to join our dynamic and fast-paced retail team. You will be responsible for all aspects of concessionaire performance management, project delivery across retail and the delivery of retail innovation projects including digital initiatives. You will also lead and manage a team of 8, ensuring they are engaged, motivated and high-performing.
What are we looking for?- Significant commercial retail experience in implementing trade driving initiatives
- Proven track record of retail operations delivery, preferably in a large multi-site retailer or another airport / travel retail environment
- Senior project management experience
- Strong relationship management skills with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership ability that empowers your team to deliver results
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally at a senior level
- Ability to think creatively to enable the delivery of new projects / innovation
- Good oral and written communication skills particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Educated to BA / BSc preferable, MBA or equivalent preferable
