JOB TITLE: Corporate Lawyer PQE: 5 + years PQE LOCATION: Greater Manchester SALARY: Up to £65,000 DOE THE ROLE: This busy firm based in the North West are currently seeking the addition of an ambitious Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The appointed Solicitor will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of Corporate matters to include acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and investments. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an interesting and rewarding mix of varied, high quality commercial work and corporate transactions. This role is on offer on a part-time basis, 3 or 4 days per week. The appointed Solicitor joining this firm should be confident, professional, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of the firm. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors who will have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in a leading corporate team. This role requires excellent prioritisation and meticulous attention to detail, yielding the best result for clients. The appointed lawyer will be confident in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with the ability to apply your existent skills and technical knowledge to this role. You will have strong communication skills with a keen focus on maintaining established client relationships. The firm seeks a candidate who can work as a team, as well as independently.
