Job: Maintenance Joiner

Salary: £33,000 per annum

Location: Nottinghamshire (Nottingham/Derby/Leicester)

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

Are you a Maintenance Joiner looking for a new exciting opportunity?

Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Joiner to join their team who will be responsible for the highest standard of maintenance which includes Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance Services.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• General maintenance
• Be able to carry out non technical repairs
• Conducting routine inspections, maintenance and repairs of a variety of systems and equipment
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical works.
• Deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Carpentry & Joinery (7906) - City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Joinery
• 5 Years post qualification experience of undertaking Building Maintenance in Commercial / Industrial sector.
• Recognised Fire Safety - Approved Fire Door Maintenance Course - desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
