About the Job:
The RMA handler is responsible for completing the technical repair process for internally produced and externally sourced products and components.
Their primary role is to follow set procedures to help diagnose and repair faults on various products. The RMA handler will need to record their progress on each fault into the company ticketing system, then further analysis this data and feedback into the organisation to identify improvement opportunities.
The position also requires the candidate to process the logistical movements of a repair through the SAP ERP system, ensuring commercial aspects of the repair can be further processed by all relevant stakeholders within the business.
A RMA handler will also need to support the wider Global Supply Chain team with logistical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to; scheduling deliveries for orders and returns and quarterly stocktaking activities.
