Key Responsibilities:

Achieve new business and sustainability targets.

Identify prospects and conduct lead generation.

Confidently make phone calls and presentations

Convert leads into procurement and sustainability sales.

Upsell products/services to existing customers.

Support sales skill-set growth in teams

Build long-term relationships with customers.

Ensure a smooth customer journey from onboarding to contracts.

Communicate new products and company developments.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

 
Qualifications and Requirements:

Over 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding targets.

Positive communicator with high empathy and interpersonal skills

Passionate about finding solutions for customers.

Experience in energy procurement and contract negotiation (beneficial)
