Job description

Cook required at Killowen House, Coleraine. The post holder is accountable to the Manager for providing a catering service for the scheme. This involves preparing, cooking and presenting high quality food quickly and efficiently. .

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• QCF/NVQ level 2, C&G or alternative equivalent qualification in catering AND One years experience working as a professional cook catering for 40 or more
• OR Two years experience working as a professional cook catering for 40 or more if you do not hold the above qualification AND Experience of overseeing the day- to-day operation of the kitchen and staff supervision
