Office Administrator
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours, Permanent
Salary: £23,200
Location: Redditch

Office Administrator responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls to department with regards to customer queries.
Reviewing and actioning accounts.
Negotiating payment arrangements.
Input and maintain data and dealing with correspondence.
Dealing with customers and third parties to resolve accounts.
Assisting with other job roles namely contact centre and client liaison.
All other administrative duties as directed by the Manager(s) within scope of job purpose.
