Job description
We are a refreshment kiosk on a historic park in central Cambridge, looking for someone to join our small and friendly team.
Duties include, working on our coffee machine preparing coffee.
Preparing simple food such as sandwiches and breakfast baps.
Working on the till and providing great customer service at all times.
Scooping artisan icecream.
Making sure the kiosk is kept clean at all times and all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
You will need to be a motivated individual who can work well alone and also as part of a small team. We can get very busy so you will need to be physically fit as it can sometimes be quite a demanding job.
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, so a positive outlook and pleasant disposition is a must.
The job is currently temporary until around the end of October however there may be an opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.
You must be able to cycle/walk or come to work on public transport as there is no parking onsite.
Barista training and food hygiene certification is desirable but not essential as full training can be given.
The Kiosk is a lovely place to work, especially in the spring/summer.
