The firm are looking for a Paralegalto work in the Private Client Team in the Exeter Office. This is a permanent, full time opportunity working 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday.
You will be working at a paralegal level within the Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney team. Duties include, but are not
limited to, meeting with clients and advising them on all aspects of wills, drafting the wills and advising on the execution of the wills. You will also be advising clients and completing the process on Lasting Powers of Attorney, and advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney. You will be dealing with client due diligence including AML checks and general administration of client files.
To apply for this role you will be an experienced Paralegal. Previous experience of Wills and Powers of Attorney would be an advantage but not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.
