A innovative and forward thinking organisation within the education sector who really care about their workforce are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Executive to join there team in Farnham.

Salary on offer - £25,000 to £28,000 basic plus uncapped commission

Your main duties will be;

• Reaching targets (i.e how many calls to make per day)


• High productivity on call times and outbound calls to meet the minimum criteria.


• Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion of the business.


• Consistently maintaining an innovative and professional approach to all prospective clients.


• Confident and professional telephone manner and ability to build a strong rapport.


• Working with the Director to maximise customer opportunities.


• Provide sufficient information about the courses and its benefits.


• Ability to achieve targets in productivity and results.
