We have just been instructed on a new opportunity for an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Audiologist based in the beautiful county of Dorset.

Our exclusive Independent client, is an expanding, dynamic Independent Group that provide premium eye care solutions, through a bespoke personal service.

They are now looking at providing the same principles in a new venture for the company, by incorporating hearingcare into their portfolio of services they provide to their expanding and loyal patient base.

As an Audiologist, you will be given the clinical freedom to express yourself and be responsible for all clinical services at the practice to ensure all patients receive a premium hearingcare service.

You will need to have a demonstrable track record of achievement, be outstanding from a clinical perspective, coupled with strong commercial awareness, have a significant interest in the latest procedures, the latest diagnostic equipment and up to date with the latest clinical advancements.

As you will be responsible for managing this premium hearingcare service, from a customer service perspective, it is all about the patient journey and exceeding expectations throughout.

As the Audiologist, you will be responsible for thorough tests and aftercare. You will also be required to assist colleagues when necessary to ensure the practice operates efficiently and effectively. 

You need to be clinically sensitive to the needs of the patient, yet understand the commercial requirements of the business and it is vitally important that you have a flexible working attitude ensuring that the patient is always the priority.
